溫州建設集團有限公司技術中心組建于2008年5月。主要負責集團科技項目的自主研發、技術標準的編制、提供技術決策咨詢、開展產學研項目活動和對外合作交流、建材檢測試驗、建筑工程設計、對外技術服務等工作?，F有員工48人，其中工程技術人員45人、教授級高級工程師3人、高級工程師15人。
